Future Concerns Group Collaborates with ASSP Nigeria Chapter to support the students’ HSE Quiz Competition initiative.

Future Concerns Group demonstrated its continued commitment to advancing occupational safety and health education by partnering with the American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP) Nigeria Chapter to support the Students’ HSE Quiz Competition at the 13th Edition of the Nigeria Chapter Professional Development Conference (PDC). The event took place at the prestigious Hotel Presidential in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria.

This collaboration underscored Future Concerns Group’s dedication to nurturing the next generation of safety professionals by investing in academic excellence and youth capacity development. Their sponsorship added significant value to the conference’s student-focused initiatives, helping to strengthen the bridge between industry leaders and emerging safety practitioners.

A major highlight of the competition was the outstanding performance of Joy Oghenekaro, who emerged as the overall winner. In recognition of her excellence, she received a cash prize of NGN 100,000.00, courtesy of ASSP Nigeria Chapter and other gifts awards from Future Concerns Group. Her achievement reflects the growing talent within Nigeria’s safety profession and the importance of platforms that encourage learning, competitiveness, and professional growth.

The partnership between Future Concerns Group and ASSP Nigeria Chapter not only enriched the 13th PDC but also reinforced the shared vision of promoting safety education, empowering students, and strengthening the future of occupational safety and health in Nigeria.
